Deck and Porch Service
It was a mixed experience. He was a very nice guy but between him and his partner the quality of work was poor. Some of it is okay but the patio is in poor shape.

Concrete Repair
The visual was fabulous, but a week later when I had rain, the stone cracked, there are puddles all over the place and it just generally looks dirty. In the beginning they were great. But now that they have my money and we are having problems, we can't get a hold of them. Our sewer pipe has been cracked now for a week and they won't even return our calls.

AL FALCONE DID AN EXCELLENT JOB!! HE CAME OUT RIGHT AWAY FOR AN ESTIMATE. HE GOT THE JOB DONE IN 2 DAYS. (LESS THAN A WEEK AFTER WE FIRST CALLED HIM!) HE IS THE FIRST CONTRACTOR THAT I HAVE DEALT WITH THAT ACTUALLY RETURNED PHONE CALLS AND WAS VERY PUNCTUAL!! HE WAS THE CHEAPEST ESTIMATE. AL IS VERY PROFESSIONAL, CLEANED UP ANY MESS THAT WAS MADE, IS VERY NICE TO TALK TO. HE EVEN CAME BACK OUT THE FOLLOWING WEEK TO REPLACE SOME CRACKED PAVERS - FREE OF CHARGE. EXCELLENT SERIVCE!! WE LOVE OUR PATIO. THANKS, AL!!
