Dave did our home inspection, felt he was thorough, pointed out a lot in the house with a lot of detail in the report. The deal didn't go through (not because of the inspection), and we didn't hesitate to call him for another inspection when we found another house. Same experience, would definitely use him again.

The contractor was wonderful, he showed up on time and really looked at everything in and around the home we were planning to purchase. We never felt like he was rushing to get the job done. The report we received was extremely detail and there were things he discovered that helped us negotiate a fair deal.
