Greg and his crew were excellent. He was very responsive and kept me in the loop regarding scheduling. The price was WAY better than the two other quotes I received. There was an extra fee since I am out of their normal service area, but they were still much more reasonable than the other companies and I was very impressed with the job they did. They were very thorough and the roof looks so much better. They also washed our front and back porches and everything turned out great. I would definitely recommend them!

Eclipse was awesome from start to finish. I have a 4000 sq ft two story house and added my shed which is another 480 sq ft. They looked like new when they were done. Receiving a quote was quick and easy. Scheduling was the same. They came out about 2 weeks later. They were setting up when I was getting ready to leave for work and they were done before 11. The siding, windows, doors, gutters and shed look like they were brand new. I would and have recommend them to anyone looking to have their house cleaned. Excellent customer service and work! Thank you again Eclipse for bringing my house back to new.

What an improvement! I wasn't sure if they would be able to remove the stains that had built up on the stucco but they're gone now. The patio looks almost new as well. It was easy to book and communication was great throughout the entire process. I plan on using them again and have already recommended them to others.

Every thing looks great. Service was scheduled in a timely manner. The technicians were very careful to protect property plantings, etc. They estimated that the job would be @ 2 hours and that is just about the time the job was completed. Very happy and would highly recommend. Pricing was competitive.

Vinyl siding was cleaned beautifully using lower water pressure hoses instead of high-pressure wands. Exterior of windows sparkled when they were finished, too. Very heavy moss and algae on roof attacked with application of approved chemical solution. After a few weeks and with rain water, the stains are gone and the moss has nearly disappeared. Eclipse claims the roof will now remain clean for 3 years. Very satisfied with results. The cleaning crew really respected our property as they worked. I recommend them highly.

Excellent Experience! Had my 3 story end unit townhome plus second floor deck and first floor patio powerwashed. My house looks like new! The guys did a fantastic job. I have a planting bed and they took extra care not to disturb it. Joe was super responsive and easy to work with. I will hire them again in a heartbeat!

After a lot of research, I decided to use this service since it didn't involve the use of pressure or machinery on the roof. Joe answered all of my questions and scheduled our project quickly in advance of our gutter guard installation. The roof, gutters, fascia, soffits and house look so much better.
