So our HVAC unit has been giving us trouble for a few years. This year, it didn't seem to work at all. I called Cindel for a service appointment. I think we both decided that it was time for a whole new unit. I appreciated the honesty that the unit was not even worth fixing. Within one week, he came back and installed a brand new system which was completed all in one day. He even took the old unit with him, which I didn't even give a thought about until right this second (so thanks for that!) We will definitely call for service in the future!

Josh was wonderful! He was quick to respond and always on time or even early. We ran into problems with another company who was supposed to do work on our chimney and Josh worked with us to get another company in to do the work. Josh couldn’t have been nicer or more helpful. I would recommend him and plan to keep his contact information for any future projects we may have.

I love Josh! Of course I would have to replace my HVAC in the middle of a global pandemic while I’m trying to teach virtually from home. I had a new unit installed within a week and I hardly knew anyone was working in my home! I couldn’t be happier with my new system and they even installed my Nest thermostat! I plan on using Cindel again to service my new system.

Josh installed a new Air Conditioner/Heater for us. He arrived on the time promised and finished the installation in one day (as promised). He is very professional and his workmanship is excellent. We have already given his business card to our neighbor and recommended him to family and friends for their AC/Heating needs.

I looked on Angie’s list for heating and cooling vendors and Cindel popped up as they had an Angie’s list deal. I called Cindel right away as was sweating in my house with no air on. I got Josh on the phone and told him my situation with no AC and I also was supposed to be going away for a short period so needed it worked on right away. Josh rearranged his schedule so he could come and Fix my AC. Josh arrived promptly in the pouring rain and looked at my heat pump/AC. He went outside in the rain to look at my unit. He found the problem and repaired it quickly. I was very grateful for his prompt service and the price for service was very fair. Will use Josh again for sure. I was very happy with the service.

I purchased A SERVICE for for AC tune up from ANGIES for Cindel . He failed to call me until I left a bad review for me wherein he was very arrogant & had a bad attitude & DEMANDED THAT I CHANGE MY REVIEW ! I informed him to perform the services & if he does well will be happy to change the review. He started blurting out harsh & vulgar words & I had to hang up on him. I don’t want someone with a bad attitude to start off coming into my house ! I ended up canceling my appt with him & asked Angies for a refund.

"This is a total pathological lie. I will let the 80 prior reviews speak for themselves. I need to make clear that no work by me was ever performed by me at her house. She sent me a message on Angie’ List to perform a AC Tuneup. I sent her a message asking if the following Monday was ok. She Never responded. Multiple days later she posted a review stating i never contacted her and left a bad review. I explained to her that she contacted me thru the message center and thats how i responded. We came to an agreement that i would do the AC startup and against my better judgement allowed her to bully me into saying she would remove my review if and when she was satisfied.I hung up phone with intentions of letting my work speak for itself. As you can see by above review she lied about me spewing vulgar words etc. Complete and utter fabrication. My reviews are important to me and i’m open to fair criticism. Contractors please be beware of performing services at this customers house. Again, work was never performed at her house nor money collected."

It went really well. We called Cindel and arranged an appointment to have them come to view the old water heater. At that time we decided to have the work done by Cindel. We liked his professional manner and experience in the field. His price was close to what we paid to have the precious water heater installed many years ago, so that was in his favor. The work was performed a few days later. He was on time and did a great job removing the old heater and installing the new one. No muss or fuss! He's a clean worker and I can't say enough about the quality of his work. The new heater is much better than the old one - it will take less energy, and we are very pleased with the finished product. He was here and gone in no time. We will call him again for any issues with our heater or air conditioner.

I checked Angie's List for Heating & Cooling businesses in my area and Cindel was top of the list. When I called at 7:00 a.m. and was told someone would be there before noon. By 9:15 a.m. someone was there and promptly set out to fix the problem. He knew what the problem was, discussed it with me briefly so that I would know why this happened. He made the repair. The heat was back on and he was on his way in 20 minutes. I will definitely call CINDEL Heating and Cooling again, if I need any repairs to my aging system.

This is the third time I've hired Josh at Cindel to service my rather old furnace system and, as with every experience with Josh, he did a stellar job for a very reasonable fee! Josh is prompt, he is professional, he knows what he's doing and he never tries to sell me something I don't need! I'd hire Josh again in a heartbeat and wouldn't even consider looking elsewhere when the time comes to replace my heating system. Highly recommend!
