Concrete Repair
Initially I contacted Bravo for sidewalk replacement and received a prompt visit and quote with references. Their references, and now mine, were adamant about the quality and professionalism of their work. Before hiring, I requested quotes for additonal work and received prompt attention. Their pricing was very fair without any negotiation - with others the pricing was higher and, in order to get the job, it was lowered. In short I had three quotes in the same ballpark. Bravo wasn't the lowest but their references were the best in my wife's and my opinion.
Demolition and forms installation was a one day (Start at 8, finish at 2:30) job. I didn't have to pay for a bunch of people with sledge hammers pounding for days just to do demo. This blew my mind as some others in the neighborhood used contractors that were labor intensive - and they paid for it. Pouring was held up because of a forecast change indicating a chance of rain. Anyway, 4k psi concrete was poured and finished professionally.
Obviously my wife and I think these guys are great. But I sometimes became a sidewalk supervisor and the passerby's had telling comments. A woman stopped while driving by and said "This is the most beautiful concrete work I have ever seen". Others, all men, said they admired the quality of work amd materials. My neighbor had concrete work done a few months prior and abuts Bravo's work. In my opinion, and that of some of the passerby's, there's a noticeable difference between the two projects - favoring Bravo's work.
To summarize, no muss, no fuss, phenominal work on Bravo's part.
