Our Experienced HVAC Technicians Always Put Our Customers First A family owned and operated business, All Seasons Comfort Control started in 2002 when Jeff Long and his son Chris joined forces to share their knowledge, skill, and expertise. All Seasons Comfort Control was founded on the concept that as a family business, we would treat our customers as family and their best interest will always comes first. We decided then that we will only offer the highest level of quality products and services. We wanted to be different- we wanted to be the company you can trust for honest answers, fair pricing, quality workmanship, and friendly service. We are proud to say that these core principles have not changed. Based in Bucks County, Pennsylvania, Jeff, Chris and the rest of the All Seasons HVAC team work hard to provide the best heating, air conditioning, plumbing, and gas fireplace service the region has to offer. As a result of our high standards and customer-oriented efforts, All Seasons proudly has a 99% Satisfaction Rate which has led to continually being awarded Customer Care™ Dealer status by American Standard, a distinction given to only the very best heating and air conditioning professionals in the industry. "I am so sorry to hear you are unhappy with our service. As we discussed in detail over the phone, while we 100% stand behind our work and have full warranties on any product we install, we DID NOT install the wire. Just the same as when you have a new light fixture installed or a new appliance installed, the wire running to that fixture isn't necessarily changed- The wire going to your unit was pre-existing to your home. I understand your desire to not have to pay to correct this issue, but this issue is with your home, and not your HVAC system. While we're happy to correct it for you, this is not a free service. Additionally, as a valued customer, we provided a free inspection to identify the issue and the service manager called you within 32 minutes after the technician left (all calls are time stamped and recorded as you are aware) after reviewing the situation and confirming we did not install the wire in question. When you were done that conversation, you requested to speak to me, the owner, and I called you within 2 minutes. We pride ourselves on a high level of customer service and I very much apologize if not providing a free service on an item we did not install falls short of your expectations. I wish you nothing but the best in your new home and good luck with the sale of the property."
