18 months ago they put in a full new system (gas furnace, air handler, AC) total cost of over $11,000. Now I am selling my house and the buyers inspector found the wrong gauge electrical wire was run from the electric panel to the AC unit, it could be a fire hazard and needs to be corrected. Today they came to my house to check the work and agreed it is the wrong gauge wiring that was use and left saying they would come back tomorrow and replace it. Then 2 hours later they called me and said they reviewed the paperwork and said since they reused the wire from the previous unit even though they should not have there will be a close to $500 charge to run the correct wire. So just know that is there version of standing behind there work.
Response from All Seasons Comfort Control LLC

"I am so sorry to hear you are unhappy with our service. As we discussed in detail over the phone, while we 100% stand behind our work and have full warranties on any product we install, we DID NOT install the wire. Just the same as when you have a new light fixture installed or a new appliance installed, the wire running to that fixture isn't necessarily changed- The wire going to your unit was pre-existing to your home. I understand your desire to not have to pay to correct this issue, but this issue is with your home, and not your HVAC system. While we're happy to correct it for you, this is not a free service. Additionally, as a valued customer, we provided a free inspection to identify the issue and the service manager called you within 32 minutes after the technician left (all calls are time stamped and recorded as you are aware) after reviewing the situation and confirming we did not install the wire in question. When you were done that conversation, you requested to speak to me, the owner, and I called you within 2 minutes. We pride ourselves on a high level of customer service and I very much apologize if not providing a free service on an item we did not install falls short of your expectations. I wish you nothing but the best in your new home and good luck with the sale of the property."

All seasons comfort control was very responsive (sent out a sales representative the same day) to our request for a quote to remove and replace out HVAC systems (equipment, ducts, etc). However, their $40,000.00 quote were approximately 30% more expensive than the second highest bid, which in a large project like this was completely cost prohibitive. There was also, what is seemed, no inclination to negotiate the astronomical price, which simplified our decision.

i highly recommend all seasons. our original system died. we received estimates from 3 companies (including the original company we used 20 years ago). our salesman was tim hoffman, he was so knowledgeable and easy to work with. he went over all our options and explained the systems thoroughly. on the morning of installation we were met by kevin, he was prompt and courteous and took care in prepping our home for the work. shortly after dan and nick arrived and the heavy work all started. the three guys were so nice and efficient. on a 96 degree day with oppressive humidity i don't know how these men were so pleasant!!! but they were. 6-7 hours later the installation of our new american standand A/C system was complete. what a fantastic bunch of guys, you wouldn't even know they were here. they cleaned up better then what they arrived to...even put back our closet where the air handler is located!!!! kudos all seasons for a job well done. you passed customer satisfaction with flying colors, and the product you support speaks for itself. thank you!!!!

Company was recommended to me by a close friend as they were good a few years ago. The fact they were on Angie's list also helped. Called on Wednesday and made an Appointment for Friday morning. Was supposed to be the first appointment of the day at 10am. The representative didn't show up at the agreed upon time but did call to say he would be at the house at 1pm. Well he didn't show at 1pm either but called to say he would be there later in the day and offered to bring food from "Wawa" as a concession. At this point we canceled the appointment for unprofessional-ism. If you can't be punctual and show up for an appointment on time for a quote for a new heating and air condition system. Whats to say that they would show up on time if there was an emergency? Why would I want to spend thousands of dollars on a new system and be treated to this type of behavior. Use caution if you plan on having your system serviced through this company.

$12,500
In September of 2017 we purchased a new two stage furnace and five ton AC unit from All Seasons Comfort. I list the whole story below, but in summary, while they do some things very well, in our case a few missed critical details led to a definite lack of comfort. While their quote was in line with others ($12,500) their representative (Tim) was superior and sold us. He did a number of things well. 1) Overall, took much more time to explain things and explained them clearly. 2) A much more thorough inspection of our old unit pointing out various issues and things to address. 3) Explained warranties and how some do not cover replacement of refrigerant (can cost over $2000). 4) Helped us pick the right units and options. The install took 1.5 days. The installers were polite, super clean and seemed thorough. We were told by Tim there would be an overall inspection of the install, perhaps even by the company owner, but this never occurred. This led to a few problems preventing me from providing a five-star review. Story below. Problem 1. There were some pretty clear gaps where the unit was not caulked. I could have easily done this myself, but I just paid $12,500 and asked them to do it. Small almost insignificant issue (but certainly would have been caught by the overall inspection that was promised, but never delivered). Problem 2. On cold days (below 30) the house never seemed to warm up fully and/or the furnace seemed to need to run all the time to do so. On even colder says it was very uncomfortable. We are not experts and assumed poor insulation and old leaky ducts were the issue. See below, this was all due to a failure to program the furnace correctly on install, discovered by accident mostly by me. Again, this should have been caught by the promised inspection. Problem 3. During the “bomb cyclone” of January 2018 and a day of single digit temps, the furnace stopped running. In the basement, I found a puddle of water around and inside the furnace. I called All Seasons four times due to their phone system forwarding me to a busy signal after pressing the right button for Service (they need to fix that). After a few back and forth messages I was told we could not expect service for 14 hours. This was within their 24 hour service policy, but hardly satisfactory when facing a night of no heat on one of the coldest days of the year, three months after paying $12,500. I discovered that ice had developed around and inside the air intake outside the house. Part of it melted and that was the source of the water in the furnace. I cleared this, disconnected the pipe from the furnace, and cleaned all remaining water from the furnace and pipe. I tried multiple times to restart the furnace, but it flashed E3.1, a meaningless error code (to me). So, thinking I had diagnosed the problem and solved it, I called All Seasons again. A technical person called me and I asked him what I could do to get the furnace started. He said there was nothing I could do and only a tech could get it up and running. As we will see later, he was 100% wrong. This was about 5 pm. At 2:30 am I could not sleep due to the house being 47 degrees. I went to the basement, turned on the power to the furnace and it just started up. At about 9am that morning the All Seasons tech arrived. First, he told me that I could indeed restart the furnace and explained the 1 hour “lock out” mode that can occur after a blockage. Had the tech on the phone told me this, we would have gone only an hour or two without heat instead of ten hours on one of the coldest days of the year. Second, he had no idea why the intake iced up, but took pictures and we have plans to correct it. Third, thanks to a lucky question by me, we discovered the furnace would not run in the higher stage. He reprogrammed it (but needed my manuals to do so) to run correctly. This resulted in the furnace running so much better and heating the house more effectively - the difference for the past few days has been unbelievable. Finally, our furnace is running as it should. Had this entire mess not occurred we might have been unknowingly running this furnace on the lower stage for what, years? Had All Seasons really checked their work with the thorough inspection they promised, but never delivered, these problems should have been avoided. The intake pipe icing may or may not be due to an improper install, but tech calling us should have correct information to get us up and running. Meanwhile, the failure to properly program our furnace to run correctly on both stages is 100% inexcusable. Had it not been caught by accident (mostly by me as I was the one who asked about it), this may have gone on for years with our investment wasting away in failing to heat our home effectively, especially on the coldest days. The solution here is simple. All Seasons needs to follow through on what they promise and have higher level experts perform a careful and detailed inspection of the install. Perhaps they do this for others, but not in our case.

Very pleasant buying experience, they treat you like family. Dan Small was the estimator who was very knowledgeable and not pushy. Upon his followup visit he brought cinnamon buns and a nice bottle of wine. Who does that? Very good pricing, $1500 cheaper than Christian HVAC. This was a two day install that went smoothly. Installers were very professional and they cleaned up everything. They earned my business and I highly recommend them.

Really too soon to tell. Coming from the south, where service contracts are a necessity to get emergency AC service, we were surprised at how difficult it was to find qualified providers in the area. They seem to be the best available.

After meeting with 5 contractors, I decided to use All Seasons. The sales manager was great, he gave me a lot of info and made a sensible recommendation. He gave me a great warrantee and his total price was right in line. The installers were on time getting to me, efficient and finished the job on time. They also noticed a problem with my hot water heater vent (recently replaced by another contractor) and fixed it for nothing. Even better, my electric bill was lower after the install. I cannot say enough how satisfied I am with the purchase!

Everything from the initial quote to the finished installation, All Seasons was professional, honest, and thorough throughout the entire process. There were some small issues which were addressed immediately and they ensured that we were absolutely satisfied with the work performed. I can't remember everyone's names, but every interaction I had was a positive one. We would absolutely use them again and certainly would recommend them to others.
