The job went well. Everything is fine. Matthew, the owner, was here every day doing the installation and did a great job.

We brag about the service we received from Matt and his team at Seven Sons. Matt came out to help us on Thanksgiving morning, happily, and not only fixed the issue but improved our old system until we could get our upgrade completed. Matt returned to be sure we were happy, then began the process of reviewing our need, helping us set up our utility arrangements, and completing the spec on our new system. He didn't just give a price for the upgrade but showed us three options and explained the options and his recommendation. Once we agreed on a unit he took over and got everything rolling. He removed the old unit, and drained the old tank. He installed the new system and all of its plumbing, making sure it was serviceable and that there were no compromises in his installation. Everything was really well laid out and he photographed every step. He explained the new technology as it was going in and how to use the settings Once he was done, he looked at his work, and took the time to paint the pipes with heat resistant paint and labelled everything so a service person could easily diagnose any issues. Best service we have ever had hands down! Matt made art out of plumbing!
