They give a discount because of where I work. I have 5 lines for my cell phone. I dislike that they don't have one bill, it is all separate. It would be easy if they just had one account that covers everything. The reliability is the only like, and we haven't had any issues.The price is good for me, but I get discounts from my work. When we had it first installed, they were here when they said they were going to be here.

Had problem with accessing/recieving my FIOS in my home. The customer service people were excellent at trying to trouble shoot, very polite, very professional. My problem was fixed on the date/time promised. The service technician was very polite, helpful and efficient.
