I contacted Lou Ponzo about the work I needed done. We discussed the options for types and grades of windows and siding. After viewing samples, I made my choices on colors and styles. I received an estimate of the jobs costs, agreed to the contract, and was given an approximate start date and estimate of time needed to finish the job. I was contacted a few days prior to the commencement of work, and the job started and completed as expected.

LOUIS AND HIS HELPER ARRIVED ON TIME AND WERE VERY FRIENDLY AND POLITE. THEY REMOVED THE OLD DOORS AND DID AN EXCELLENT JOB INSTALLING THE NEW DOORS.
