+ -1 moreNo one showed for the first appointment we had scheduled, nor did they call ahead of time to say they couldn't make it or re-schedule. When we called later in the day, he said that his truck had broken down and that he was hoping a buddy could loan him a truck. We re-scheduled a new appointment for the same time a week later. Yet again, no one showed or called to cancel or re-schedule. Very disappointing, unprofessional, and inconsiderate considering we took time off from work not once - but TWICE to be home and available for the estimate. We are moving on to other contractors...
