The moving team was polite, professional, and extremely well prepared. They actually moved all of my furniture and belongs in less than seven (7) hours. They took the time to listen and put everything where it belonged at the new property. I would HIGHLY recommend them again in the future. I was very nervous about our recent move due to a bad moving experience 13 years ago, where the moving company damaged many pieces of our furniture. However, I am happy to say that New Horizons exceeded all my expectations! From the initial contact with Andreas, who assured me his company would do an exceptional job, to Amal, who repeatedly reassured me up to the big day. On moving day, Eddie and his crew arrived on time and were polite (and funny!), respectful and careful of our furniture at both our homes, and took great care to make sure all our anxiety was alleviated. Even though we purchased extra insurance (because of our fears), the move went amazingly smooth, and I could not have asked for a better experience. Fabulous company! They moved us out of one residence, stored all of our belongings for two days, then moved us into our new house! Could not find better company! Highly recommend them!

The moving process went very smoothly. They showed up as scheduled, quickly planned the work to be done, and made sure to verify that any damage was pre-existing (which it all was). The final bill came in under the original estimate, which is always a plus.

We have used New Horizons movers twice now, and they have been great both times. Scheduling was done very easily through email, They were also very helpful when I had to call them with questions. The guys showed up on time and were very professional and friendly during the move. They really made it stress-free for me and my wife. We will definitely use New Horizons when we ave to move again.

The professionalism of Bob, Manny, and Secretary was great. They were friendly, hard-working gentlemen. They were very careful with all of our possessions. Even though it was very hot and humid they did everything to make this a smooth transition for us. My husband and I are in between homes and will definitely call these men to help us with our next move.

Sonny and his crew were punctual and efficient. Performed the move without a hitch.

My whole experience with New Horizon was nothing short of spectacular right from my first contact with them. I spoke with Andreas and he was quite responsive about my scheduling needs and followed through with relevant emails. The cost estimate that he provided for the move was comparable to what i had seen from other providers as well and what convinced me to go with them was their ability to address my scheduling needs as well as their quick response on the telephone. i always give high marks to providers who do not keep me on hold for a long time on the phone.
On the day of the move, Cody & his team arrived right at the time they had committed to. While moving items from my old home was normal, it is during the unpacking that these guys were at their best. They had a constant conversation with us to ensure that all items were placed and assembled at the right places. They even helped us place our furniture in the living room and apply felt pads before placing them on hardwood floors.
The final cost was well below the estimate which was also a pleasant surprise. Overall, they made my move a non-stressful one.
If i ever move again(I hope not anytime soon), i will definitely be calling these guys first.

It went GREAT!! Everyone from start to finish were very courteous, professional & helpful. I hired for 8 hours on a Saturday during Labor Day weekend. They arrived on time & finished early, which lowered the cost. They were very careful of the furniture & the walls & floors of our new home. If the box wasn't labeled they always asked where it was supposed to go. The guys made moving day a lot more enjoyable than it is

New Horizon Movers were moving our stuffs in a pod. The deal was for them to pack all our stuff up, put it into a pod that were on the drive way and to unpack it. I was not here when they unpacked it, I was at work. I was very unhappy to find out that my husband had let them go before they put everything back where they had been. We had a lot of unpacking to do afterwards. It was annoying to me. They came back and they did a little bit more a few days later but we still were left with stuff. We’re still trying to find stuffs that we thought we have. It seems like the main guy of the crew knew what he was doing and he was directing the other guys. They were fine doing what he told them but it didn’t seem like they were professionals. It did seem that they had worked together before. They were all older guys so it was hard for them to move our stuffs on the system. There was only one young guy and he came later. Some of our stuffs were heavy. They were OK. They were just not as efficient as the younger guy would have been. It’s not the first time I moved so I’ve seen other companies.
