The repairman was right on time and knew exactly what was wrong. He advised me that the style of fridge I have offered a free part to fix the recurring problem I was having. He was fast and had the repair done within an hour. I would call this company again.

We had problems and it wasn't their fault, but we did have problems with it. We purchased the refrigerator, we got it home and I have reverse osmosis with my drinking water. It had an ice maker and the guy said it would take at least 24 hours for the ice to start. No problem, but we never got ice. We called them up, they sent over a repair guy. It was a GE refrigerator. He checked it all out and all. He hooked it up to the regular water, not the drinking water to see it. Another 24 hours we still didn't get ice. So, they realized it was the refrigerator, so they went ahead and they replaced the refrigerator. There was no problem. Then once again, no ice. They came back again, they were sent to repair. What happened was they pushed the refrigerator back just into the spot and the line got pinched. Once they regulated that, it was fine. They did replace the refrigerator once, it was a GE. It wasn't their fault, it was GE?s fault, the manufacturer. They did replace it and everything?s is fine now. They have me as a customer. They were just so nice, they worked with me. You can't complain about that. They were just very, very, nice. They are a family owned. They delivered it on time. They were extremely clean. They put cardboard down throughout the whole house to bring it in. They took the doors off, they leveled it. They were extremely efficient. It was just one of those things. It was a good deal for me and it?s working fine now. The price was much higher than your boxed stores and all, but you got the service with it. I paid $2,200 or $2,000. You have to buy the service as well as the appliance and delivery. Their delivery people were Landis people, they weren?t using a service. It was their store that was delivering it. What you get for the price, it?s worth it. You get what you pay for.

The service technician arrived well within the designated "window" and wasted no time figuring out the source of the problem.  Not only did he fix it and explain what he did and why, he also offered up quite a bit of useful information regarding baking, ovens in general, and my elderly (1993) gas model in particular.  Even though this company sells appliances, he never once hinted that I should buy a new stove. I feel that I got more than my money's worth and highly recommend this company for both repairs and replacements. I've bought both a clothes washer and dishwasher from them and the transactions were highly satisfactory.  Prices were as good as any big box store and the delivery was prompt and hassle-free.

It went as planned. The service guy came out on 12/2/15 and after a few minutes of testing, knew it was a faulty water valve to the ice maker. Unfortunately, he didn't have a spare part.  He came back on 12/11/15 and installed the part. I mentioned to them in the beginning that I have a commitment with our local school bus company and had to be back at 2 pm. On the first visit, he left around 10 am. The second visit, he was there a little after 9 am and left around 10:00. So it was obvious they were concerned about my schedule too. The repair person was very knowledgeable and friendly and performed the work in a professional manor.. I would definitely use them again.

They are extremely knowledgeable which is hard to find anymore when it comes to appliances. They have a very good service and very friendly people. We had to have a service call before to try and diagnose if the other one could be saved or not and they are just really outstanding. They also do repairs. We called them and asked if they could fix the other one and they could not. So, we went in there and bought a new one. They have been great to deal with.

I contacted NF Landis by phone to get a repairman to evaluate and hopefully fix my existing dishwasher. An appointment wasn't available immediately but the repairman was able to arrive the following week. The repairman told us the motor needed to be replaced so I decided to get a new dishwasher since the existing one (kitchen aid) was around 15 years old. I visited the showroom in Souderton and talked to a very pleasant, professional, and knowledgable saleswoman that showed me the various models and prices. The dishwasher was installed by NF Landis several days later at the agreed upon date and time. The dishwasher is working great and so far no problems. I would use them again.

He was very kind and gave me tips on other ways to keep my washer working like new.  He told me things to avoid that tend to break my particular brand of washing machine. 

I called NF Landis to repair my washing machine.  The gentlemen who repaired it was knowledgeable, punctual, and most importantly fix the problem.  Thank you.

It is a GE dishwasher and he replaced a little valve that melted, which is in the drain hose. The part was $18.00, the rest was labor. Basically, they saved me from buying a new dishwasher, and whenever you can get away with a person coming to your house for a little over a hundred dollars today is cheap. Keep up the good work . Would use every time in the future

The repair person showed up at the scheduled time and by listening to the dryer determined quickly what he thought it was.  He was correct.  It was lint packed into the fan fins of the dryer causing it to become unbalanced and thus create the noise and vibration.  Once that was cleaned out, it worked fine.

He was courteous, friendly and knowledgeable about our model.  We would use them again when necessary. 

When my dishwasher stopped functioning, I called NF Landis to come look at it and assess it for repair. The repair person was on time, professional, and knowledgeable about the product. Unfortunately, the unit's issues were extensive as both the control panel would need replacement and the motor was sounding pretty rough. These two parts would have required more money to fix than the purchase of a new unit. So I opted to search for a new dishwasher. My mistake was not going to NF Landis for the initial purchase of a replacement dishwasher. I made the assumption that they would be more expensive than a Big Box Retailer.  So instead, I shopped online and ended up going to a big box store. The installation was done improperly by this Big Box Retailer and both the new dishwasher and my cabinet were damaged. After two months of headache dealing with this other retailer regarding the terrible installation and damages, I needed to purchase another new dishwasher. This time, I did what I should have done to begin with. I went straight to NF Landis. They were extremely professional, helpful, and knowledgeable about their products. They were able to get the dishwasher I chose from their showroom and install it within days. The price for both the unit and the installation were competitive with the big box stores with which I price compared.  The installer arrived on time (early, in fact, at my convenience!), put down cardboard to protect my hardwood floors, was professional and kind to my young son who wanted to "help" him. He spent extra time making sure the installation was done exactly right. I could not have been more pleased with both the sales and installation experience. I would not hesitate to go to NF Landis again for a new appliance, installation or service.

It went well.  We could not decide whether to use Landis or go to an internet appliance store or a Sears type store.  It cost a little bit more at Landis but not much more, maybe 5% and we were able to see exactly what we got. They were very helpful giving us personal service and advice.  They delivered the appliances exactly when they were supposed to and took away the old appliances.  We were very pleased with them.  Luckilly nothing went wrong and we have been enjoying everything for the last three weeks. We have not had to use our warranty yet.  I will report back if there is a problem and tell how well they did in honoring the warranty.

They are very reliable and show up when they say they will.  The price is very reasonable and they do a great job.  They also repaired my friends garbage compactor recently and she is pleased.

Great. I am planning to purchase a refrigerator next from NF Landis. No more big box stores for me. So far machine working great.

In the last month, we have bought a refrigerator and a dishwasher. I knew what model I wanted so everything was done over the phone. The sales rep was helpful and the installers were on time, friendly, and professional. No charge to hook up the waterline on the refrigerator and only $99 to install the dishwasher. They remove the old appliance at no charge. Both appliances were stainless steel, so I had to have it delivered from the warehouse, this added a few days for delivery. No weekend delivery.
