Prompt and careful delivery

I work overnight and contacted The Mulch Barn via their website in the middle of the night.  I had used them before and had forgotten how much supply I needed from my prior order and I was requesting the same amount of product.  The owner wrote me an email first thing in the morning and had looked up my previous order and let me know the amount I had ordered before and confirmed my request.  He put in my order immediately so I would be able to get the delivery the day that I needed it.  He asked that I confirm via phone, which I did and the delivery went smoothly and they showed up exactly when they said they would.  I sleep during the day due to working nightshift...I just instructed them where to dump the mulch and they delivered it while I was sleeping. I woke up to find it delivered and placed exactly where I asked them to. 

Delivery was on time and as expected

Driver was wonderful. I would recommend.

I had to pay for two deliveries, which was fine, because we ended up using more stone than we had planned on. Jerry, the owner walked outside with me and helped me match the stone to the colors of my kitchen. He had supplied the stone and the cabinetry the year before, so he knew. He gave me product knowledge. He helped me color match. My stones had pinks, browns; burgundy's and grays in them. The wall for the flowerbed by my kitchen is just beautiful. The real stone is a dead ringer for the Eldorado stone veneer. On the kitchen wall. After I picked out the stone, he set it aside and marked it sold. It was $50 for the delivery. Stacking stone is about $200 a pallet. He carries the Eldorado stone cabinetry; it is a mix of stone and cement. One of the cabinets was not the right one, I called him and he came right out and got it, drove it to the distributor, got me the right cabinet and brought it back that day and did not charge me. The distributor was 2 hours away. I will continue to use him. He had already been to my property and new my project and said, let us go out and pick the right color.

I have ordered between 3 and 4 yards of the premium triple ground mulch every year since 2005. It is so much nicer looking than regular mulch. They usually come out the next day, I pay over the phone. I have a low wire from my house to the street and they always send a smaller truck and are very careful not to hit it.
One year I ordered the and quot;Earthmateand quot;. Never again. That stuff sticks to you like some alien substance bent on invading your body. It stinks. It was, though, great for my plants, just not for me. I would recommend it for someone just starting a garden but just make sure you use someone you don't like all that much to put it down.
They only provide mulch, they do not install it.

Prompt, friendly. I chose to spread the mulch myself and just needed a delivery for a large bed. Guy with dump truck placed material very carefully on corner of drive and was careful not to get in the adjacent grass.

THE DRIVER WAS VERY NICE. HE MANEUVERED THE 6 WHEEL DUMP TRUCK EXPERTLY AND DUMPED THE SOIL IN THE EXACT SPOT I DESIGNATED.

THE COMPANY TAKES THE ORDER OVER THE PHONE. THEY WERE EXACTLY ON TIME.

DELIVERY WAS ON TIME. MULCH HAD A GREAT COLOR TO IT. DRIVER WAS PLEASANT.

THEY DELIVERED THE SAME DAY I ORDERED BY PHONE. I'VE BEEN USING THEM FOR A FEW YEARS AND HAVE BEEN SATISFIED.

MULCH WAS DELIVERED ON TIME AND THERE WAS NO MESS.

I HAD THEM DELIVER A FEW YARDS OF MULCH TO MY HOUSE. THEY DROPPED IT OFF ON THE DAY THEY TOLD ME THEY WOULD. CAN'T ASK FOR MORE THAN THAT.
