Prior to doing this work I had 3 architects & designs, but only one contractor in mind: Joe Garis. He gathered his team of pros to handle everything needed to build a new home. So all of the specialty work from foundation to roofing was top guys. There was some special structural needs in my project as well. Big beams to provide wide open concept. Joe was always receptive to ideas and when any additional costs were involved they were priced well and agreed upon up front. They did this build during the worst winter in the philly region too. I love my new home.
I should also point out that I found Joe through a coworker who also had a new home built by Joe and his crew prior to mine. That was a great huge home with an inlaw suite. Fantastic job.
