as good as this one. Finally, out of desperation, I agreed. After I paid the seller assist, made allowances for repairs (that according to the experts that I had checking, these were not required, but again, Mr. Kratz insisted that I needed to do this or the deal would fall through), and paid Mr. Kratz commission, I would have saved a lot of money by paying the traditional 6% commission to another realtor. Granted, I could have said no and took my chances, but as I said, I needed to sell the home. I feel as though Mr. Kratz represented the buyers interests much more than he represented mine.
