They have definitely gone downhill over the years. I have used them for both at my home and commercial plumbing at my workplace. In the last two years I have seen a steady decline in both the level of competence and professionalism of the people they send on-site. They used to be fine, but lately they have problems solving basic plumbing issues and give attitude when you ask a question. We are moving on to another plumber.

It was excellent! I called them on a Friday about the middle of the day, and they finished the job on the same day. The cost was below their estimate.

Not a reliable HVAC contractor, they installed my 2 Carrier AC units back in 03/2015 (suppose to have 10 year warranty) and I just called them yesterday to report a fan motor just quit working and I need for them to come out and take a look at it and their response was: call someone else we are busy now, execuses like you are a little far away (funny they didn’t say that when they replaced my 2 units and I paid the $16,000?), when I asked them it is kind of emergency considering it is august and my kids are at home, they said we won’t be able to come out to your house for three weeks at the least!! Because they had a sudden increase in call volumes as they claim. It became apparent that it is normal for this outfit to push warranty customers away by hoping they customer would give up and go somewhere else. The Bottom line is: DO NOT CALL THESE PEOPLE FOR ANY HVAC WORK, THEY DON’T STAND BEHIND THEIR WORK NOR THEY HONOR THE WARRANTY UNLESS YOU HAVE MONEY TO THROW AWAY

Another firm indicated that our heater was faulty and needed to be completely replaced. Good's promptly came out and exposed the other HVAC firm for frauds.

Not so perfect after all. Because we're not a regular customer they won't help us. When I questioned about the 24/7 service advertised on their website, the response was "that's only for regular customers". Guess we won't be a regular customer any time soon. The shame of it is, we're new to the area and we need a plumber. We could have been a good customer of theirs.

I've had Good out for several jobs over the past few years. Most recently for an emergency water heater replacement. My water heater sprung a significant leak, called Good in the morning and had a brand new water heater installed by 4:00 PM. Best of all, not planning for a $1500+ water heater replacement, I didn't have the free cash to pay for the work all at once. Good's AR department was completely understanding and worked out a very reasonable payment schedule. The latest was a water softener install. I put this job out to bid with 3 plumbers. Good came out with the mid price quote, but the most competitive quote was only $50 cheaper. The plumbing manager came out to view the area where the work was to be completed and discussed my options openly and clearly. Being familiar with the top quality work I've come to expect from Good, I gave them my business once again.

The price was fair. The work was done in a very professional manner. They showed up on the date they said they were going to show up. The job was done in a day. They are really responsive. Interaction with them was great. The work was very high quality and we are very satisfied with the systems they installed.

We have also used them for our central heat and air. They have replaced our units.

Badly - Had them out for a quote on an HVAC system replacement. They never got the quote to us, and they stopped responding to phone calls and emails, even though we left multiple messages over months. We finally spoke with a representative today (9 months later) after asking the secretary if this was how they normally conducted business. The sales rep said he hadn't responded to our messages since he "never started the quote" because his own pictures of the blueprints weren't clear.

I'd recommend them for your plumbing or heating needs.

I had a service tech from Good& in to have a look at my LG mini-split. Within 5 minutes, using a sniffer, he found the source of a coolant leak at a flair fitting about a foot past the spot where the lines from the inside unit go through the wall.  He fixed it, did a pressure check, vacuumed the system and added new coolant.  Since he left, it’s been working perfectly This is in sharp contrast to the 'service' provided by another Harleysville plumbing and HVAC company. After 3 visits and $350 their techs concluded that the system had an unrepairable coolant leak in the inside unit which lead to a bid for a new $3,500 system. While they were at it, I received invoices that indicated they mixed R410 and R22 coolants.& The service manager assured me this was just a billing problem. Hummm. I'm glad Good guy vacuumed the system.

We had a leak in our ceiling that we thought was from our washer. We called late at night and left a voice mail. They called back at 7:00 the next morning, and were out to our house by 8:00. Their response time is tremendous and they are so quick and courteous. It ended up being a leak from the toilet that had traveled across the ceiling to leak over our kitchen, and they were able to fix everything. I would definitely recommend them.

They helped us get the rebates in the mail. We're very happy with the final product.

needed new shutoff valves installed on toilets. however the replacement valves needed were not on the truck. The plumber suggested he'll drive to the nearest local hardware store and deduct  the time off the bill which he did. The job was done neatly  with no leaks and left clean. will use them again.

My sister in law offered to replace my leaking and leaning kitchen faucet. I ordered the part but after it arrived and we checked the plumbing, she commented that the hot water valve was so stiff she could not turn it off without risking cracking a pipe.
The first plumber I called informed me that they would not install my faucet, that I should choose one of his instead. I looked at the prices and was not a fan. Telling him I would think about this further, he left.
Next I called Good Plumbing.  My sister in law had asked around at her job site and Good was recommended by the plumber there. First I called them on a Saturday but no one answered. I called back during the week and spoke to a woman who was very polite and attentive. After explaining my situation, she scheduled a plumber to come out to install the faucet and to bring a garbage disposal as well. The plumber who came out was wonderful. He repaired the hot water valve which had been a problem for years. He installed my faucet without any fuss about ordering theirs instead. He installed the garbage disposal and he stayed until he was sure that none of the connecting pipes leaked.  
I am very happy with this plumber and plan on using them again for a different issue.

They are pretty professional and do the job well. They have helped improve our hot water. They also have a diagnostic equipment that I have never seem from a plumber.

Service was ok. I hadn't realized there were no shut off valves under the kitchen sink so this added to the time and cost of the job. At least now I know everything is done right and there will be no issues.

I worked with Don Landis who was professional and took the time to explain the problem to me and options for fixing the boiler. They were courteous and performed the work on schedule and at a fair price. I would recommend Good Plumbing and Heating.

Called for a quote to get a gas line installed on my deck for a natural gas grill.  First time I called they said the plumbing manager, Matt, was out and would call me back.  He didn't.  So 2 days later I called again.  Matt was out again but I left him a voice mail.  He had another guy call me back and schedule an appointment for an estimate.  He came on time and looked over the project and promised an estimate within 2 days.  He didn't send one.  I called him 3 days later to find out about the estimate.  Neither he or Matt were in the office. Left a message and he called back and said they would do the work on a time & material basis and it should cost around $300, maybe less.  I asked if they would send a quote and he said no, we don't send written estimates for jobs like this.  I asked when they could schedule and they gave me a date 2 weeks out.  This is a small job (few hours of labor).  I guess they aren't interested in this type of work.  I also wanted them to install a water spighot on the deck.  They wouldn't provide a written estimate for that either.

They came out same day, cleaned up leaking water, turned off valve, found the leak, replaced the water heater, redid the connections and made sure it was working before leaving.  Excellent work and kind personalities.

I called 4 places to get estimates.  Good's pricing was very competitive and they were able to give a general estimate over the phone when I described the problem.  The plumber showed up right on time; even with the snow storm from previous night!  The repair ended up being a straightforward job, quickly completed, and the guy was helpful in answering some questions.
I will consider using them for future repairs.

Over all they did a good job.  The only disagreement was the number of supply air points in each room, but It was partially my fault because I did not insisted on including that information in the contract (done 2 month prior to actual work).
