They responded to my request for a quote within hours and Rod came out to our house at our convenience. He explained everything very well and his price was very reasonable. Our carpet had not been cleaned in years - and I mean many! It had survived our dog who loved to run around the rooms, rub his back on the carpet, get dirt everywhere and when he was sick with cancer - well - accidents happen. Rod looked at our carpet and I was actually amazed that he did not try to sell any pre-treatment, spot treatment or anything like that. He does offer extra services, but I guess he did not feel that our carpet needed any. No wonder since his hot water extraction cleaning method really took care of all of our issues. He and his assistant moved all of the furniture as needed, and put it back correctly. He placed small styro-foam pads under all legs and asked us to leave them there for a couple of days. Their equipment is contained in a van and they ran hoses into the house, protecting any floor the hoses went over with moving blankets.
It took just over an hour to set up, clean and break down from cleaning the two rooms. The only negative was that they left our back yard gate open after they removed their hose from our outside tap.
If you need to have a carpet cleaned correctly, I would suggest using CCS. The cost was quite affordable and the service was superb. We just put down a new carpet in a bedroom and will be sure to maintain it better than we did in the living room and dining room. We will get Rod to help us once a year.
