"Ok, Im sorry for the inconvenience and would like you to contact our office to have this futher discussion on this matter that i was not aware of. As per your cleaning schedule we have done it on 10/21/11, 5/16/2011, 8/6/2010a/c, 1/27/2010 heat, on 5/10/2012 customer did not want done and no futher work has been done since then. I am sorry for the tech and him having you work the thermostat. I belive that he was probably not wanting to track through the house and throught it would be ok to ask you for the assistance. "Id like to start with the findings that out tech found upon arriving at the call. The gas boiler had been sooted do to extreme cat hair and dirt. The boiler had been sooted up for at least 3 or more days be for we got their. The homeowner had even maid the comet that their was soot in the bed rooms that had the doors closed while we were their. I am sorry that they had a problem to begin with but our company strives to have good customer service. We have been in business for over 14 years and have a very happy customer base. We offer service as well as repair and have helped a lot of customers in hard time. I take it very personal when someone has a problem with our company."
