 + -1 moreStaff is very friendly and they learned my name very quickly. Training staff is very helpful and will take the time to show you things even if you do not have sessions. Protein shakes and supplements are priced very well. It is a little small, but very rarely have to wait for equipment.
Description of Work: Just moved to the area and looked at various gyms.

 + -1 moreI met with my trainer, after which she spoke with my doctors. I then met with her again (she is super nice) and she walked me through my two different work-outs. I still have one more session left with her, but I am completely comfortable with going there alone & going through my work-out by myself. Everyone is SUPER nice! Every one there is willing to help you with any problems you might have. The hours are very good. The entire staff is wonderful. The locker rooms are the cleanest I think I have ever seen!
Description of Work: I was given a trainer to work with, that worked with my doctors & therapists to design a work-out that would benefit me without causing any injury to my problem areas. There is child care available at no cost (with membership), which is great for any parent. The child care workers are CPR certified which is a huge plus. There are ample cardio machine, tons of machines & classes.
