Staff is very friendly and they learned my name very quickly. Training staff is very helpful and will take the time to show you things even if you do not have sessions. Protein shakes and supplements are priced very well. It is a little small, but very rarely have to wait for equipment.

I met with my trainer, after which she spoke with my doctors. I then met with her again (she is super nice) and she walked me through my two different work-outs. I still have one more session left with her, but I am completely comfortable with going there alone & going through my work-out by myself. Everyone is SUPER nice! Every one there is willing to help you with any problems you might have. The hours are very good. The entire staff is wonderful. The locker rooms are the cleanest I think I have ever seen!
