fredrick balsley is the kind of person to cuss at you on the phone when he doesn't get what he wants.dont deal with him for any reason.rude,dumb and has a better that everyone complex.

This company is dishonest and a horrible place to get help. The owner Mark Mankamyer has absolutely no expertise when it comes to advanced computer and IT related issues. He lies to customers, steals their data when they come in to get viruses removed, intentionally mis-configures computers so they break down in order to charge the customer again when it fails. Mark Mankamyer will take your most intimate photographs when he is supposed to be fixing your computer and put them in his own personal folder on his servers for viewing them later. He is dishonest, a thief and liar. I have been charged multiple times for the same repairs, my data has been stolen and I cannot do anything about it since the owner has local government friends such as magistrates and state police troopers. NO ONE WILL DO ANYTHING about this guy. I have it on accounts from previous employees that he offers to pay them under the table, refuses them proper compensation for their work and more. I have spoken to many of my professional contacts whom have had similar experiences with this company.
After the above hassle, I took my computers to a computer engineer at CTC, Concurrent Technologies Corp in Johnstown PA to see if I was being scammed. Sure enough, the engineer was able to pull the logs from the 3 computer systems which had shown in black & white that M&M HighTech in Somerset PA did absolutely NOTHING to my computers. They billed me twice for NO WORK and told me it was my fault. The engineer had also noticed that our personal private photos of my wife and I had been downloaded from our computer. No one will believe us that he stole our data, our money and our trust. People must know what they are in for when they go here.
Charges are currently being filed against the owner of M&M HighTech in Somerset Pa for data theft, extortion and tax fraud. Be careful everyone!
