Diane took in our new dog Gizmo(MO) when we first got him from the pound and took this .... well very furry mess and showed us how beautiful he truly is. Not knowing the temperament of and quot;Moand quot; didn't stop her from showing him love and care. By the time we picked him up he was full force ready to be a part of our family.
I have had many dealings with pet groomers in the past. (parents raised AKC toy poodles) and Diane has shown the most care out of any I have dealt with. I HIGHLY recommend her care.

I have been using Diane for years now. She is a very kind person and my dogs just love her. Diane takes the time to make sure your pets are groomed right. I have also boarded my larger dogs at Diane's and they were very well taken care of. You will not be disappointed with the services Diane offers. Diane's Pet parlor is also very reasonable when it comes to prices.

It went well as always. We have been a client of Diane's for about a year now. We have boarded both Jack Russell's various times....anywhere from 1 night to 10 nights. We have been very satisfied with the grooming which we have done every 1-2 months and have recommended Diane to several people. My sister's dog is 8 and never been boarded until he went to Diane's and she was great with him. My sister has had many problems with other local groomers not being home when she had an appointment, her dog coming home with flea's, etc. But she has never had any of these problems with Diane's Pet Parlor and is also very happy with the service. My mother recently got a mini schnauzer and is currently taking her to Diane's for grooming and is happy. So Diane receives an A+ for outstanding services and quality care for the animals. One thing to mention is that at this boarding kennel, Diane is there every day, all day long. So its not just a kennel to board your dog, it is a day care where she is there to watch them and make sure they are ok while you are gone.

Overall experience was very good.

When I dropped my dog off she was very nice to him and talked very sweet to him to calm him down. When she was done with him she called me, and when I picked him up 2 hours later, yes she takes her time, my dog was so happy and clean. Diane is so sweet, and my dog really loves her. She knows what she is doing.
