When we arrived at the agreed upon time, they were already there setting up radon testing equipment and looking around.  The two gentlemen were very friendly and walked through every nook and cranny of the house with us.  They pointed out any potential future hazards and had good answers for us, as the home we looked at was from the early 1960s.  As was mentioned above, the way they handled the radon inspection was a big disappointment.  We had 2 phone numbers and 2 email addresses where we could be reached and they contacted the realtor.  Again, I would try someone else in the future.

The inspector showed up on time, was friendly, seemed knowledgeable, thorough. walked around in under and above home.  As i said seemed to know what he was doing. stated we would know everythhing about home after he was finished, After closing on the house we began what we thought was going to be a quick paint walla, carpet and a few minor touch ups. Well to our suprise and well over     $1,000.00  in structural repair, and I haven't even crawled underneath the home to this point being so busy with other damage fixing. Can't wait to see what a mess that will be. So with that being said I would not recommend this provider for a return visit or future HOME INSPECTION.
