 + -1 moreWhen we arrived at the agreed upon time, they were already there setting up radon testing equipment and looking around. The two gentlemen were very friendly and walked through every nook and cranny of the house with us. They pointed out any potential future hazards and had good answers for us, as the home we looked at was from the early 1960s. As was mentioned above, the way they handled the radon inspection was a big disappointment. We had 2 phone numbers and 2 email addresses where we could be reached and they contacted the realtor. Again, I would try someone else in the future.
Description of Work: On time, thorough, and friendly. They answered every question we had. The only complaint we had was that they took a long time to get back to us with the results of the radon test. We found out that, after we specifically asked them to give us the results directly and not to give those results to the realtor, they did it anyway. So, the realtor got that for free. We had to call repeatedly to get those results. Otherwise, they were very thorough and patient with all of our questions, as we had many. Next time, I would probably try someone else though. I didn't pay for these services so the realtor could have a free home inspection.

Description of Work: I contacted this company for a home inspection for the home my wife and I are purchasing. I called on a Tuesday afternoon, and due to our short time frame and my hectic work schedule, I could only meet with them that Thursday. Allison enterprise said that would be no problem amd that they'd have inspectors there at the house at 9am. I showed up to the house at 8:30 and was very surprised to see Carl and Lucas surveying they exterior of the home already. We chatted for a while and then got to work.

 + -1 moreThe inspector showed up on time, was friendly, seemed knowledgeable, thorough. walked around in under and above home. As i said seemed to know what he was doing. stated we would know everythhing about home after he was finished, After closing on the house we began what we thought was going to be a quick paint walla, carpet and a few minor touch ups. Well to our suprise and well over $1,000.00 in structural repair, and I haven't even crawled underneath the home to this point being so busy with other damage fixing. Can't wait to see what a mess that will be. So with that being said I would not recommend this provider for a return visit or future HOME INSPECTION.
