They come right away, diligence and good work.

Very professional and responsive service. The owner is actually the person who sells the job and performs the service. I never had any issues with him getting back to me to answer questions or schedule the work. We had an issue with the water heater water temperature fluctuating but Steve was on top of getting it solved from the start. He did not give up and never tried to push it off. I am very happy with the quality of work and especially the professional manner in which he conducts his business.

I've used Steve  Borrows for many jobs over the past five years, most recently today. He is the most professional plumber I have ever dealt with and recommend him without qualification. HIs price is a bit higher than some others, but there is no one else I would trust in my house.

Although prompt, responsive and good quality, the charge for a quick and simple fix to a leaky toilet supply hose was exhorbitant. It definitely feels as if I paid a zip code tax.

Work was completed in a timely manner. Was surprised by the cost. Felt that it was excessive.

Perfect. Because of the new drain construction, the drain could not be lifted out to clean (dumb) and there is a small plastic basket just under the drain that clogs up quickly. Steve took the drain apart and adjusted it so it is easily cleaned and won't clog. He helped me with the house water filter and discussed an automatic system in addition to some other small jobs. We have used Solebury Plumbing for 8 years now and highly recommend them. Very responsive, very knowledgable, very pleasant, and very professional.

all three issues (at different times)  were corrected promptly and professionally.  I cannot remember the date of last contact with Steve.

Perfectly. Because of our well water our toilet tank gaskets keep falling apart and I can't fix it myself. Steve has offered to teach me to do it since it is such a small job, but I want it done right.

We were very satisfied with the service and professional attitude of this contractor. They came out when they said they would and replaced the valve without a problem. We liked them so much that we will replace the disposal and use them for this as well.
