Terribly. Birdie took a rough sketch and interpreted it without ever asking any questions. He ignored verbal directions, even refusing to acknowledge they were made, despite my having witnesses to the discussion. In order to get a product that was remotely acceptable, which corrected errors made, he insisted on charging a substantial premium to the original quote and took absolutely no responsibility for problems. The finished work is having quality problems such as sticking drawers and finishes that aren't wearing well. Ultimately I chose to pay extra for the mediocre product in order to avoid litigation of a relatively small monetary amount.
