I needed 2 new toilets installed in my house. No additional plumbing was needed, just changing 2 new toilets for 2 old ones. Swank is very nice but not very competent. Both toilets were installed in 3 hours but the one toilet had a severe leak at the base of the toilet within 3 days. The other toilet was unstable. I called Swank and he said he would fix the problem when he had time. It has been 3 weeks and NO return call. He screwed up and cant fix his own mistakes? My contractor friend fixed the toilets quickly and told me never to contact this man again. Easy job but screwed up-it happens but what p***** me is he never called to schedule an appt.

He adjusted the faucet and didn't charge us. My overall experience was excellent.

For some of these instances it was in emergency and late night situations. It's great to have a guy that you can call on at any time and trust he will do a good job at a very reasonalbe price.
