It went well. Mark came out and gave an estimate and recommendations based on some rust that had occurred. He did a nice job of grinding down the rust and filling things back in. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He was very tidy and conscious of taping things off not to harm the surroundings.

Mark and his wife were great. Some extra work was required for our specific tub and shower including removal of old material on the tub and repair of existing grout and tile. The tub and shower look brand new! So glad my wife and I decided to go this route instead of gutting or a bathfitter (way too expensive) type solution. Highly recommended!

He was great. His price was also great. It's just fabulous. I brought about four people in for estimates, and they had the highest ratings from other customers and the best prices. They're very professional, high quality. We went and looked at tubs that they had done previously. It's a husband and wife team. They were very prompt and they gave a five year warranty. The cleanliness was exceptional. This was a really messy job, and they contained everything and cleaned everything. It was effortless on our part.

We were very pleased with the work. We had an old green cast iron tub with water stains and chips and he turned it in to a new looking white tub to match our newly remodeled bathroom.

Mark impressed me with his initial assessment of the condition of my units. I had expected to just refinish the two units due to the outdated color, but Mark showed me the cracks and deflection of the unit floors, convincing me that I needed to take care of the problem. Mark was extremely professional throughout the whole process. Even though I was not particularly sensitive to him showing up at any specific time, as I had a number of other renovation projects going on at the same time, he provided constant text and voice updates of his status. I was a bit surprise at how messy and labor-intensive this refinishing process is. Mark had to come back probably four or five times to compete all of the repair, preparation and finishing steps, which reassured me that the deal I got was fair. Mark was very thorough with the ventilation and worked in various cartridge respirators, even using supplied breathing air for some steps when he was working with solvent-based chemicals. In the end, the units both look like new. Overall, my experience was similar to those expressed by the other members who gave Mark very positive reviews.

My bathtub looks brand new! Mark was exceptionally professional and did a fabulous job. Things went better then I expected! He arrived on time, obviously knew what he was doing, took time for small touches (like laying down sheets/blankets to protect surrounding area), vented exhaust from the chemical process to the outside of the house, and was pleasant and easy to talk to. I was very comfortable with Mark, enough to leave him working in my home alone while I went to work. I highly recommend him for your re-glazing needs!

Mark and his wife arrived on time. They got right to work and answered any of my questions. The weather outside was raining fairly hard most of the day but they took every effort to make sure the rest of my home was not affected with tracking in mud or dirt. They were both pleasant and professional. He worked all day and completed his job when he said he would. He gave me the instructions on how to better take care of the new finish to help it last longer. There were parts of the tub that needed to be put back on when the finish had chance to set and he offered to come back another day and make a special trip to do it for me but it wasn't necessary because my husband was able to do that, but he offered anyway. I chose this company because of the reviews on Angie's list. I didn't want to deal with numerous estimates to save a few dollars for possibly sloppy work. I have to say the reviews I read were accurate and I am very pleased.

This is a great person to work with!! We had to change the date that they were originally going to do the work because we didn't have the bathroom ready and Mark was willing to do that. We were not there personally but our son-in-law was and he was very impressed with Mark and his work. We saw the tub a day later and it looks great. Would highly recommend this company!

Mark returned our initial phone call promptly.After speaking on the phone about what the job entailed he gave me a verbal estimate, and followed up within 1/2 hour with the written estimate. We needed to have an old finish removed and a new finish put on. He showed up promptly and proceeded to do a fabulous job. He explained what he would be doing and how long each step would take. He was meticulous in his preparation of the bathroom and the area around the tub to keep over spray off of walls. Mark was friendly and courteous. After nearly 10 hours of work the job was finished and looked great. Tub looked new again. He removed all tools and debris and the work area was spotless when he left.. He came back the next morning to caulk after the tub had dried overnight.

Everything with the service call went very smoothly. Mark came when he said he would be here and was done when he said he would be done. And, he cleaned up after himself very well. The result looks fabulous and I have a 6 year warranty! Very pleased!

Great they were here on time and did an awesome job.

We were very impressed by the team and by how great out tub looks. From the beginning, they always returned our calls the same day and answered questions straightfowardly. They were always professional on the phone and in our home. They also respected our home, too. They really tried not to disturb based the job they had to do. They have a terrific warranty of 6 year that I don't think any other company offers. They also gave a sheet of paper to advise how to maintain the tub and glaze. I thought the experience went very well. My husband already recommended them to a coworker.

We were referred to Mark by a plumbing company. We contacted Mark, and spoke to him several times with questions. Mark always responded with an answer. He offered to come to our location as we were two hours away, but we decided to take the tub to him. Mark was very accommodating and we felt he was very honest. He did a magnificent job on our tub, and we wouldn't hesitate taking more work to him or to refer him to anyone else. He knows what he is doing, is very particular with his work and seems to use quality products.
