We have had a great experience with the Paul company. The staff was very helpful with questions and patient while we made our choices. The installation met our scheduling needs and the installers were knowledgeable and professional. We love our awning and recommend the company!

Excellent. The estimator came quickly to measure and quote a price for the Sunesta powered shade and was very friendly and professional. The shade arrived within a matter of weeks and was installed by friendly craftsmen who did a meticulous and beautiful job. They made sure everything was done to my total satisfaction. They were very patient and careful in their work. The shade works flawlessly and we are very happy with all aspects of the purchase and installation. I would have no problem recommending this company to anyone as they are honest, professional and competitively priced.

Very thorough consultation to choose materials, design, price and timing. Construction team did an excellent quality job, delivered on time despite bad weather.. The communications with the team on next steps was always clear; very experienced and profession team. The finished job exceeded our expectations; top notch.

Paul was very eager to have us sign a contract last Fall when we got a deck estimate. After considering multiple estimates we went with Paul because he said he didn't subcontract and we liked the optional lighting options. When we were ready to get started this Spring Paul wasn't as responsive and took longer to get started. We also were surprised to see it wasn't him building or supervising the building of the deck. Instead he uses other deck builders that he hires (basically subcontracting). The construction of the deck was fine, though when we had an issue and my wife called him upset, he said he wasn't going to talk to her, but needed to speak with me. Not very professional for a man in the business 25 years. The stairs were also supposed to be 4' wide. I happened to measure when they were done and realized they were more like 42". When I asked him about it, he said in construction things aren't always exact. (Really?) I am giving him a C because overall we are happy with the finished product, but there were some issues as noted. Oh, also we wanted to use a credit card to earn point and his Angie's List profile says he accepts credit cards. When I went to do so he told me that they don't accept credit cards. Needs to correct his profile.

From estimate to putting the final touches on the deck, they were a pleasure to work with. I am very, very happy with the results. The deck looks even better than i had envisioned. This is my first experience with composite decking material and I am very pleased.

Paul and his crews were very attentive to what we were looking for, and offered many options and ideas. We never felt pressure on what our final choices were, and we're completely happy with the work we received. I've had numerous friends stop by since who have commented on the quality construction, Im sure I could have found another contractor for less money to slap together a deck, but Im very happy we chose quality, we got what we paid for.

We have not moved forward yet with the patio underneath the deck, but when we do, we will not be looking at any other contractors. We highly recommend Paul Construction if you want something done right,
