JANA'S CLEANING “FOR THAT EUROPEAN TOUCH”

She does a very thorough job and has great attention to detail. She is trustworthy and does a great job.

Her communication and time management skills need alot of help. The day of the second sched visit, she called to say she was going to be a bit late,.. that time came and went, and she called again that she would be late. Finally she showed up apologizing and asking if we could reschedule, which we did. She finished the second story - not as thorough as the initial cleaning day, but as I said above, she said she would catch those things next time and that was fine.. The day came for our first reqularly scheduled visit, and she never showed up. I called her and she apologized stating some other things came up that she had to do for her neighbor, no call to me to reschedule or anything. I was annoyed, but we rescheduled for a few days later, stating that she would call over the weekend to confirm. Well, today is that rescheduled day and not a word, no Jana and now, not a clean house. I have quite a few friends who are also looking for reliable cleaning services, and this will be one that I do not recommend. As of today, I am in search for someone else. Who knew it would be so difficult to find someone who takes ownership and pride in their business.

The work done by her was good and she comes out every other week. I would rate her well for all the work that she does. I would use her services in the future too.

She will come at any time I need her for extra things. She is very thorough, extremely trustworthy, and pleasant. She brings all of her own supplies. We could not live without her.

Jana returned my call the same day and came out to give an estimate within a week. She estimated $150 and we set a date for the work. She said she would be there at 10am, but called at 10:20 to let me know she was running late. She arrived soon after with another cleaner. They worked almost non stop until 5pm. My house was sparkling. She asked for $200, apologizing for not discussing the additional fee in advance, and explained she was there much longer than originally anticipated (which she was). I happily paid her $200. I will hire her again, I hope she can fit me in.

Jana's services are excellent! She is very thorough and everything is sparkling when her work is done.

Overall experience was amazing, on time, kind good with my children and my cat. Fair pricing a lot cheaper than other companies.

Amazing place was spotless and smelled great. She gives you the option to use environment friendly products which is cool.
