good communication as to scheduling and delivery of materials and start date.
Was attentive to assure complete satisfaction, something that is a rarely offered in this day and age .
"Thank you for your recent review. We hope that you enjoy your new walkway leading to your patio. Please keep us in mind for any future work that you may have. Any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us."
We have contacted Angie's List for a refund and they have agreed. There is no way I would use this company for anything
They did a good job. For the amount of work that they did the price is reasonable. I really can't complain. They were a good guy, good crew, the owners were running the show, they did a really nice job, were professional and all that. So no complaints.
"We completed the hardscape and landscape work for the Ness family. The project turned out very nice, and we also did some additional work that they hired us for after we arrived to start the original work. That work may have added a day or two to the workload, and we did have a couple days of rain in that period, but we stuck with it and the job turned out nice. The Ness' were very nice people to work for. We are happy they gave us an "A" for quality, and if our company has an opportunity to work for them again, I would make sure they were happy with the communication. I was not made aware of that concern during the project, but as I said, we did additional work while there. Last year our company did three large commercial projects , which really filled our schedule along with the homeowner projects. This year , we have decided to perform only residential work, to service our existing homeowners , along with new, welcomed Angies list customers, so that we can provide all of our customers with enhanced scheduling efficiency."
"[Member name removed] was a fantastic customer from beginning to end! We came up with a great plan with vision, and executed it , and it really makes her town home end unit look great! Many of her neighbors were admiring it. [Member name removed] was very patient with getting her association to approve, and then weather delays, but the patience paid off , and we are looking to keep [Member name removed] as a happy customer with our 3 year guarantee , and hopefully more projects down the road. Thanks [Member name removed] , for the work. We appreciate it ."
"We did not do any work for Mrs. [removed member name]. Last February they purchased a big deal and we went right out to meet and formulate a game plan and proposal. Although the big deal only was good for one area and one proposal, we gave the [removed member name] proposals for five different areas. The pool area, the front sidewalk, the driveway, the rear patio, and some additional landscape. There was no additional charges for this as we were happy to oblige. Fair and creative estimates were given for all of the above. Although we reached out for feedback from them on several, meaning more than five occasions, we never heard back. No feedback, and no questions. That is fine , and although we always like to hear, it is not mandatory. It is just deflating to get no response despite our efforts, and then a year later see a mediocre grade. It happens, and you have have to understand that despite trying you can't always please everyone. To all future prospective Angies list customers, please give us as much feedback and ask as many questions as possible, so that we can work tirelessly towards making you a happy customer . Thank you.y"
Eric, Karen and their crews were great to work with. They came in with a good solution and estimate. Focusing on the water problem not more patio.
They communicated daily and brought in more crew when needed if weather came into play. Eric was always on the job to verify everything was being completed to the plan. Highly recommend their company and will use them again.
"The [member's name removed]'s are a great family and it was a pleasure to work for them. Originally, we met to assess the problem areas, and ultimately arrived at some good solutions. They picked a package that covered all of the areas, and because of the volume they were really able to save some money with a volume discount, and we successfully completed all of the aspects of the job. Not only do all of the pavers look great, and enhance the back yard, but the drainage system works great, and with the worst winter in years, they have had no water problems. Doing a job that not only looks good, but works good, is very gratifying to us as a company. We look forward to future projects ! Thanks for choosing us to do the job!"
We interviewed 3 landscape company picked from Angies' list and two from Craigslist. First of all, based on our experience, we know now contractors from Angie's are much more reliable. Among 3 three contractors from Angie's list, we decided to move forward with Pavescaper LLC because the owner, Eric Tyson, was so much easy to work with. Initially after the estimation, it took other teams more than 3 weeks to get back to us. Not only Eric gave us the estimation in the timely manner, he also followed us closely and politely, which made us feel that our project was the top of his priority list. He was also very patient in answering our questions, modify the plan based on our need, and always kept us updated with the progress. During the whole process, all we felt was be appreciated and respected. In turns, we appreciated and respected what Eric' and his team did for us.
Project wise, we love the beautiful patio Pavescaper made for us. It's artistic, it's sturdy, it's beautiful.
The project was stared in the week of Thanksgiving, which was a cold week too. Eric and his team not only worked in cold days, they even worked on Thanksgiving day morning! All members of his team were polite, hard workers. They were very neat, always kept building material and debris in check. No complaints from our neighbor at all.
Even after the project was complete in early December, Eric still followed up with us to see if we are happy. He delivered hays in early January to help us to regrow the grass. It's amazing!
BTW, Eric is a big Eagles fan! Go birds!
We would recommend Eric's team to anyone we know in the future. His team means quality, speed, good customer care, and great experience
"[member name removed] called us out to look at his property. He had a small wood deck , and was looking for an upgrade. We designed a curvilinear kidney shaped patio with two small seating walls. It came out beautifully, and not only looks good but is very functional. The customer couldn't be happier. He also took advantage of our coupon , and was able to save 5%, instead of the alternate where he could have received a free firepit. [member name removed] was an ace to work for, and we really enjoyed completing the project. We were also thankful for the opportunity to add another happy customer and nice picture to our photo gallery. We also look forward to the opportunity of doing some of [member name removed] neighbors, and family and friends as well."
1. They worked with me to schedule the project around some other potentially conflicting efforts I had going on.
2. Karen provided critical information for obtaining the Township Permit in a timely manner.
3. They began the project earlier than anticipated and that was tremendously helpful.
4. Eric visited our site several times daily to communicate project status with me and assess progress.
5. Their crew took the time to do high quality work and touched base with me daily.
6. Eric communicated with me even while away for the weekend via email to ensure we were on the same page relating to project status and materials delivery.
7. At the end of each work day the site was cleaned and looked very professional when they left for the day.
8. Eric was very accommodating in working thru a change to the project scope during the final phases of the effort.
9. Russ visited the site to perform the final review and provide his thanks.
10. Eric provided recommendations on how to best manage these areas post-project.
11. Karen provided accurate and timely billing and payment info throughout the life of the effort.
After comparing other quotes received for the work and the reviews of the companies I decided to go with Pavescaper. Not only were they the most affordable option, their reviews and pictures of jobs completed were stellar. When I called to book the job - an appointment was set up and Eric came out again to go over everything and ensure the contract proposal was completely accurate.
Eric was very upfront that business was busy and told me our job would be scheduled for October 2013. This was not a problem as all the other contractors who provided quotes also said they were very busy and would not be able to complete the job until the fall.
As October approached, Eric reached out and contacted me that within a week or so it would be time to begin our job. He inquired as to whether we had researched EP Henry stones to determine what our preference was. Eric recommended a few EP Henry distributors that are local where we could go and see the stone and pavers set up in person.
On the date work was scheduled to begin, Eric and his crew came out and they demolished my old concrete patio. Over the next few days they demolished the concrete steps, excavated the grass area next to the old patio, dug trenches and ran the downspouts underground, installed the stone base, rebuilt the steps, and installed the pavers. Pavescaper then put grass seed down around the patio to ensure the grass boarder grows back quickly.
My wife and I couldn't be happier with the job that Eric and Pavescaper did. The steps and patio are beyond our expectations. Eric kept us in the loop regarding what steps of the project were happening when. His crew worked hard and did a great job. I would recommend Pavescaper to anyone, and would use them in the future for any other similar work.
