It was a pretty straightforward experience. The locksmith came by and he worked quickly. He cleaned up the wood shavings everywhere. The office staff was very professional in rescheduling me when I couldn't make the first two meetings.

I HAVE A VERY OLD FASHIONED LOCK ON THE FRONT DOOR. HE CAME IMMEDIATELY TO CHANGE THE TUMBLERS ON A VERY DIFFICULT OLD LOCK ON MY FRONT DOOR. MADE AS MANY KEYS AS NECESSARY. HE WAS SUPERB. VERY REASONABLE.
