suggested not repairing the unit,,,,,,,,,,, I sold it to him for the cost of him testing the unit

I am not computer savy and I tried to explain my problems as best I could when I dropped them off. He was able to fix my laptops, clean out any malware, trojans, and viruses, and update them without a lot of explaining. He was prompt and gave me a deal since I brought both laptops in a the same time. He explained what he did and his pricing to each job. I would absolutely use his service again in the future.
