I last used them a month ago. Whenever we had an issue with our air conditioner, they have been very timely to come out. I don't recall the price.

After receiving my initial quote from Golden Bear, I shopped around, and looked at other companies and products. Golden Bear's offering was the best overall for us, and I am pleased with the end result.

I received a prompt call back for service after being told by Garner Bros. there weren't likely to be any providers who would help on a Saturday. Golden Bear responded within an hour of contact and the unit was fixed within an hour after arrival. This was great service and I did not feel intimidated by the emergency service charge. They will be my service provider from now on and without hesitation I will recommend them to my friends. Thank God for Angie's List!

Scott has a small company consisting of a few owners. One of which was Dave who was in the business for over 20 years. So I had two very educated HVAC folks working on the removal of my old York heating system and the installation of my new Trane system. I had thought it would take 2 days to do all the work based on other quotes. Scott and Dave showed up around 7 am on a Friday and they had me up and running by 5PM. The work was very professional . They took pride in writing their names on the who to contact sticker for maintenance. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM. THEY CHARGE A REASONABLE PRICE AND DELIVER HIGH QUALITY PRODUCT AND SERVICES. OUR INITIAL CONTRACT WAS VERBAL. QUITE HONESTLY, I WISH THAT I HAD SPOKEN WITH SCOTT FIRST SO THAT I DID NOT HAVE TO DEAL WITH THE HIGH PRICES ASSOCIATED WITH COMMISSIONED SALESPEOPLE AS WELL AS THE SPIN.
