AT THE TIME OF PURCHASE WE WERE WALKED THROUGH THE OPERATIONS OF THE SPA. THEY HAD ANSWERED ALL OF OUR QUESTIONS IN DETAIL AND RECOMMENDED THE CHEMICALS USED AND THE PROPER WAY TO USE THEM. EVEN AFTER SIX MONTHS OF THE PURCHASE WE HAD SOME CONCERNS, CALLED THEM AND THEY HELPED US RESOLVE OUR PROBLEMS. WE ARE VERY HAPPY WITH OUR SPA AND RECOMMEND VAN DORN, THEY WERE VERY HELPFUL.
