They were pretty good. They were easy to work with. I would use them in the future.
"Customer went beyond 30 day period for discount that was being offered by Residential Glass & Mirrors supplier Alside. Customer insisted on receiving discount even after being informed of cancellation date. Customer informed RG&M that they were on vacation and forgot the date but RG&M was unable to honor what was not available due to time frame origanally offered. RG&M tried very hard to contact this customer but as far as being desperate RG&M feels that the customer was despaerate for the discount that was offered but never finalized."
