Electrician arrived right on time and we discussed the project to be clear on the project. Electrician worked all day taking only a half hour break for a late lunch. Electrician was very careful to install the new electrical panel so that very little cosmetic finishes were needed since he was installing it in a finished family room. He demonstrated the new panel, responded to questions, and explained the process when using the transfer switch for a generator connection. He plugged all holes created by wiring going from house to garage and exterior. This is something that some "skip" as experienced in the past. No debris left, drop cloths used as needed. Trial runs with the generator have been successful and no issues found. Best of all, final bill was less than the estimate and was completely itemized.

Our lights were dimming when the furnace or microwave turned on, and two transformers in the furnace blew in one week. We were worried about a bad neutral or connection to the electric utility line. We called Brockmeyer at 0900 on a Saturday morning (the second transformer blew late Friday night), and then called the Saturday contact for emergencies. He advised us to turn off all appliances and the computer, as he thought the situation was bad enough that it could damage more appliances, since the furnace had already blown twice. Pete was there by 1100. He was professional, fast, but detailed, and explained to me step by step what he was looking for. He examined every possible cause for the short in the house, starting at the interior fuse box and working his way up, and determined it must the the untility line coming into the house. I called the electric company, and they confirmed it was their line; the electric company had to re-attach a line at the pole across the street, which fixed the problem. The on-call technician does not bill on-site, so I'm waiting to see how much the charge will be.

I love them. They are wonderful. They came when they said that they would come and did what they said that they were going to do. Their price is very fair.

They're very reliable and prompt. There is nothing bad to say about them. They're very nice to work with and very clean. They do an excellent job. I never have to call them back.
