Daniel Townsend is the worst mortgage broker I have ever dealt with - petty, short tempered, and uncooperative. Dealing with Townsend it turned into a protracted exchanges, rude and arrogant on Townsend's part.

They were horrible. We’ve been trying to close on this condo since February, and it finally got closed. I have really good credit rating apparently and it was a cash deal. I was buying with a friend of mine and he was going to pay right up front. It took from February until last weekend to close. I have 4 accounts with them but they figure that you’re just another customer and they don’t care if they lose you. That is horrible business ethics. If I could figure out the woman who was sitting on the one piece of paper that could have been solved back in February, she didn’t do anything. She was out of the office for the next 2 weeks. She was getting paid for not doing something, I think that was absurd. I would have fired her in a flash. There was no respect for customers or clients and they don’t care.
