+ -1 moreHe took the time to show me where all the switches were and took the time to answer all of my questions and explain to me why I was smelling a burning smell when I turned the heaters on. He was professional as well.
Description of Work: Honeywell replaced these for me free of charge because they pulled the thermostats off the market. He came out and checked my thermostat and board heaters. He then had to replace the old thermostat. He also gave me a range of prices if I wanted to change the board heaters so I would not be cheated.
