As far as I know, they are reliable. They always come before I have to call them. They come and check the oil and I don't use a lot so for me, they are very responsive. They come and check to see if I need anything. I think they are reliable and, as far as I know, they give good service. I have never made an appointment, when they are in the neighborhood they just come and check. If you are not home, they just leave a bill on the door. They are very friendly and I am comfortable with them. They used to do the service on it but their service is more expensive than the other person I use so that is why I use him now. I will have them continue to come.

I thought they did a good job on that. I call them quite a bit, and I call them also to deliver oil every few months. A part of Advantage oil delivery services is the burner service and that type of thing. They are a family. It is a father and two sons. One son does the servicing, and he is the one that installed our new furnace. It was very good.
