Water Heater Service
I purchased a hot water heater from them, approximately 2 1/2 years ago. I also hired them to replace pipes, which they found to be blocked by dirt. The water heater failed recently. It was under warranty, and my son-in-law expected to install the new one. Gatesman employees broght the new water heater to my house and broght it in and installed it. This process too appreximately 1/2 hour. I was sent a bill for $209.73. When they first replaced all of my water lines, apparently they missed this pipe, which they said was full of dirt.
