Upon the first call into the collision center I was able to setup a time where I could bring in the vehicle to be appraised which was taken care of immediately. After the second incident involving the damaged hood and the windshield I was able to call into the collision center and they were able to write down that a windshield would also need replaced with no problems at all. Even though the estimated date of completion was off by a few days because of windshield addition to the list of damages to be replaced and fixed. Once getting the vehicle back everything was in tip top shape and the paint job was seamless.
