CVS Pharmacy

A customer service representative located my order online and placed me on hold to investigate.  She came back and said that she spoke with their "vendor," which she explained was my local CVS store photo lab.  Apparently, my photos had been there since October 2nd!  She explained that I did not receive an automated shipping confirmation email because no tracking information was generated- all of this was done automatically, she stated.  I explained my frustration and that this was unacceptable.  She placed me on hold again and called the local store.  They said that if I could "get there by 1pm, they would give me 50% off my order."  Needless to say, I was incredibly insulted- my order total was under $4.00- it would have cost more in gas to make the extra trip up there.  I was not given a reason for this oversight in not providing me with a shipping notification email, despite my asking several times.
