C&C Towing Services

A horrible experience.  Although the tow truck arrived in a timely fashion and the price was reasonable, they towed my vehicle to the wrong facility despite being given the correct  name and address on several occasions. When I didn't hear from my repair facility after a day, I called to find out that my car had never been delivered to them.  That caused me to miss my scheduled repair appointment. As a result, I incurred three extra days' rental car expense. 
When I contacted C&C Towing to find out where my car was and to have it towed to the correct location, the person on the other end of the phone, who I assume was the owner, was quite rude and acted like the mistake was somehow our fault...even going so far as to try to blame my wife (who had no more involvement than simply being home when the tow truck driver arrived) for THEIR error.
I asked for reimbursement for my tow bill as well as the additional days' rental expenses I incurred as a result of their mistake.  Again, the owner acted as if it was our fault and flatly refused to work with me on the additional expenses.
Anybody can be a "good businessman" when thing work out OK, but the real test of a business is how they own up and respond when they make a mistake.  I would NEVER use their service again nor would I recommend them to anyone else.
