"Hey and thanks for your review, the price was rather reasonable it was $125 for labor and $ 60 for the belt, which is pretty reasonable considering the whole unit had to be taken apart and put back together, you seemed to be price shopping for someone to do it cheaper than that, and in the end, when you couldn't find anyone you called us and said to cancel because your husband was able to do it, we understand that in these times the price may have been too high for your budget, we also do not remember having an issue with you you seemed like a great person, do not know where in the conversation things became uncomfortable but for what it."
