It was excellent. He's honest and very personable. He tells me what's wrong and shows you if he can. He's ready for you when you make an appointment. He's flexible in his appointments.

My latest transaction with Mr. Z concerned inspection of my wife's 2007 Honda Accord. We overlooked the inspection date and found our annual inspection was overdue. I called him, and he asked me to bring the car in. He performed the inspection while I waited, making the car legal again. While inspecting, he noted that my rear tires were nearing the need for replacement, so we agreed to replace them the next month. I noted that he was working on other cars and trucks at the time, but he squeezed my inspection in between other work.This is only the latest transaction and over the years we found that he is always as accommodating as possible and has a friendly, personable attitude in addition to keeping up with latest developments in the auto industry.

I'm lucky that I found him. I and my husband both have the Honda cars. I take my car to him 2 or 3 times a year or whenever I need. I even buy my car tires from him and do not go to Honda for anything. He is reasonable. If he doesn't know anything when something is wrong with my car that if I have to go the dealer to get it checked it on the computer, then he tells me right away and doesn't try to do it on his own. He is really honest and loves what he does. He is really smart, educated and he is doing it because he loves it. He is very dependable and trustworthy.
