NORTHEAST GUTTER PRO

Overall good. I can not tell you how many gutter companies I tried to work with in Scranton that completely failed. It took some effort to connect with North East, but once we did and were in communication, they held up every part of their obligation. The price was right in the middle of the quotes I had gotten, which were three, but I believe my high quote was a rip off price.... so North East is probably on the expensive side. The job was done right and the communication from the office made me 100% satisfied with the job. So far there are no problems with the gutters and they look good.

Originally the man who gave the estimate was supposed to do the work with a few helpers. O.K. Well the helpers showed up. One was a teen-age boy and the other seemed confused about everything. They blocked the neighbors driveway and made me wait 10 minutes after I asked them to kindly move out of the drive. They started ripping the gutters off the house with a hammer and throwing them loudly all over the place, while half sitting on my canopy. I had to ask him to get off as he was stocky and it clearly couldn't support his weight. They were throwing the gutters everywhere while joking around they seemed very unprofessional. Finally after about 45 minutes, the co-owner finally arrived. I originally ordered the $601.00 package using different piping, but he brought  piping while not as sturdy, I agreed to them for $550.00 as they seemed nicer in appearance. He tried to say that this is what I ordered but I clearly I remembered the difference between a pvc pipe and a white gutter. So I let that go. I wish I had observed their work more thoroughly, for while I was outside for a short time the pipe was crooked and I had to have them straighten it. After the work was complete they didn't ask for my opinion, nor did they check whether it leaked. Which of course after the first rain it did leak in two spots. His response was he didn't want to seal it in case I wanted to take them apart in the future. (for what??). One other thing, he also used an old clamp from my house for the last gutter (I guess he ran out). He did give me $10.00 off for paying with cash, but I much would have rather him used the correct white matching screws instead of the unsightly metal ones. Hope they don't rust. They seemed in a rush to get the job done as it was Monday and they complained that they were hungover (nice), I can't see myself using this bunch again!

We had a  very good experience with Northeast Gutter Pro's.  They were on time when they came to provide an estimate, and gave us a few choices of how we could fix the problems we had with our old rain gutters.  We decided to go with a complete replacement since we had such a bad time last winter.  We were flexible with the date we wanted the work done, so that wasn't an issue with us, we were kept informed by the office when to expect the crew to come.  We weren't home when they did the job, and other than the new gutters and downspouts you wouldn't know they were there, everything was picked up and cleaned up.  We had one spot where the water was flowing too close to the foundation of the house and they were able to direct it away.  They also did a great job matching the color to the existing siding.  I waited until after the first good rain to review their work, and I can say that we got everything from the job we wanted.

Called for estimate came out within 2 days and gave me a remedy for my problem.  Did not try to sell me more than I needed.  Gutter that I needed had to be special ordered because of color.  A little over 2 weeks 3 men came out to do work, very professional, and job was done in timely manner.  Well Done!!  Would definately use this company again and highly recommend them.

We had to reschedule due to a storm. I was afraid I couldn't be there, so we made arrangements for them to come and bill me later. The secretary was every helpful, and easy to talk with. They arrived and went straight to work. I wouldn't have known they were there had I not had to run up to my room for something. They were quiet and professional. Did the repairs in no time. Didn't not leave a mess. I received the bill and it was just as they had quoted. All in all I would recommend them anytime.

Overall they were great, not only did they replace my gutters for what I feel was a fair price, but they also tweaked the layout and a few downspout directions and sizes to accommodated my landscaping and sidewalks.  I caught them during their busy time of year, and my first appointment was scheduled for two weeks out.  However, they had an opening come up and I ended up getting the work done 5 days after the estimate.

It was wonderful. They were very good and professional. I went to see different people but their estimate system was completely comprehensive, well thought out, easy to negotiate and discuss what had to be done. The people who came were right on time, pleasant, efficient and very clean. I was very pleased. They were a bit pricey because some of the other bids were lower.

From the initial quote to the finished work, Northeast Gutter Pro was very professional and prompt. I was very impressed with the quality of the work and craftsmanship. Without question, I would use them again.

Great! Free and easy estimate process.  Quick and timely response to all calls.  Extremely professional installation.  Install performed when promised and completed same day.  All debris cleaned.  These guys are fast, easy to work with and true professionals!
