They didn't fix it the first time so I had to put the mower back in my SUV(a real struggle by yourself) and drive 12 miles to their place again. I asked them if they would sharpen the blade or replace the plug as a courtesy for my troubles and them not fixing it the first time but they showed no class or concern for the customer by refusing to do anything else.
In addition, on the second trip there, I called and told them that I was on my way and would be there in 10 minutes. They said that they would be there but when I arrived within 10 minutes, hey were closed!
Luckily, I noticed a worker getting in his truck so I asked him to put the mower in the shop. He did but the person that I spoke with had left.
TALK ABOUT NO CONCERN FOR THE CUSTOMER!!!!!!!
