M and M Creative Laminates

They were prompt in taking measurements and installation. Because Cambria takes M and M’s drawing and produces the final product before M an M installs, there is a long delay between order and installation, compared to my other non-Cambria quartz countertops. Their design and review process is very well done and very professional. Measuring and installation was also well done and professional.

Our experience visiting the M and M showroom was somewhat disappointing. It's in a sketchy-looking area of Sharpsburg, at the end of a one-way alley, with no signs to direct you to their showroom. We had to go into the fabrication area and ask a random employee, who then led us to the office and showroom. The employee we spoke with in the showroom seemed to have very limited knowledge of their laminate products, and she initially gave us completely incorrect information about what options were available for the brand and pattern laminate we were interested in. (She also abruptly left to answer the phone at one point, right in the middle of our conversation, without even an and quot;excuse meand quot;. Kind of rude.) She eventually brought in another employee to write up a quote for us, and he was able to give us the correct information. Since their quotes were higher than those we had already obtained from Lowe's and Home Depot, we will not be using M and M. We had hoped that a smaller, local company might offer better customer service, but that didn't seem to be the case either.

After a terrible experience trying to get one of the and quot;big boxand quot; stores to respond to my inquiries about a countertop installation, and much wasted time and energy, I looked online and in the yellow pages and found M and M. It is a family-owned operation and I was very happy from the minute I walked into their showroom. Everyone was very helpful and responsive, and I appreciated that they understood immediately that we did not want to spend a ton of money on this project. They came to the house to measure within a week of my visit to the shop, and the countertop was installed about 4 weeks later. The installation went off without a hitch nd they cleaned up after the project.
Our handman, who was renovating the bathroom in question, was very complimentary of the quality of M and M's workmanship and asked me for their contact information so he can use them in the future.
By the way, the name of their company is misleading, as they offer all types of countertops, not just laminates.

My wife found them. Their pricing was good and they did a nice job. The job was kitchen countertops and used quartz was the product; it came out very nice.
