I was moving into a house that had been a rental. Carpets were dirty and had an unpleasant smell. I called and spoke to Chet, the owner of this CarpetMaster, and he gave me a quote based on square footage. When they came out to do the work, they exceeded my expectations. Carpet got cleaned and the odor was removed. I was so satisfied, the next week when I bought a used area rug, I once again called Chet to come out and clean the rug. His company did an excellent job on that too,.
