We are a family owned business where the owner is on every installation. We have a team of 4 HVAC techs along with a full time office manager. We answer the telephone 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We offer financing through Wells Fargo and Carrier Corporation. We specialize in residential heating and cooling, but we are moving into the commercial aspects at this time. We pay for referrals and we are on Facebook.

I contacted BanJak Heating & Cooling on 11/20/2012 to schedule an estimate. Secretary scheduled estimate at 10AM the very next day. Chuck (president) was there on time with plenty of information and choices for us. Chuck proved to be very knowledgeable of his products and had suggestions that would better fit our needs. To our surprise, Chuck talked us out of some expensive ideas that we had and suggested other less expensive alternatives that were more suitable. Having little to no knowledge of HVAC systems, my wife and I surely appreciated his honesty. We were given a work-order stating all units purchased, and a detailed list of services that would be provided. A small deposit was requested and units were ordered and work was scheduled.
Chuck scheduled the install for 11/28/2012. Again, he and his crew arrived on time and began to work immediately. Originally, Chuck stated that 2 to 3 days would be needed to complete the job. Chuck called my other home at the end of each work day to update us on his progress. That in itself was a huge plus. Chuck showed that he was in touch with his customers and kept us in the loop. He left nothing for us to worry or be concerned about. Banjak being true to their word, completed the job on the morning of the 3rd day. They went over the operation of our newly installed equipment and made sure that we were satisfied with the work done. They cleaned up after themselves and the install was very neat and professional. Banjak Heating & Cooling left us completely satisfied and they will most definitely be recommended by us.
