It all seemed to go well at first. But I wouldn't use them again. They came out fast, they ordered parts it all really seemed promising. But the repairs don't last, it's a money grab. Paid over 500 for a repair to include a new pump, 20 FedEx Shipping, 50.00 to drain water, 125 service call (applied to bill) plus parts and labor. The machine stopped working the next day after the repair. I called for warranty service and The owner of the company (also the technician) made excuses and blamed my tenant (none of this was disclosed while the 500.00 money grab repair was happening). Poorly managed operation, no customer service or warranty after the fact. Buyer beware.
